My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Seymour, a sweet and gentle 5-year-old black cat looking for his forever home! With his sleek, shiny coat and humanlike expressions, Seymour is as handsome as he is affectionate. He’s the perfect companion for someone who enjoys a calm, loving presence. Seymour adores head scratches, lounging in sunny spots, and curling up next to you while you read or watch TV.

Seymour is very friendly and would settle into a family easily. He’s well-mannered, litter-box trained, and gets along with other cats. Seymour longs for a dedicated forever home where he can feel safe and loved unconditionally. If you're looking for a loyal friend who will bring comfort and companionship, Seymour is the perfect cat for you!

Come meet Seymour and see if he’s the missing piece to your family!

Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten!

If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.

We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.

Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.

All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:
  • Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus
  • Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)
  • Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
  • Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment
  • Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions
  • Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
