Buddy seems to be a sweet little dog. My father-in-law found him in a grocery store parking lot and brought him home and had every intention of keeping the dog but he ended up falling ill and now is not capable of caring for the dog. He's a pretty easygoing dog and gets along well with dogs and cats.
