Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Frank was dumped by his family after a spinal surgery left him partially paralyzed. He can go to the bathroom on his own which is great! He's been through a lot but loves people and is a survivor. He doesn't like his wheels so we've been exploring options to make him feel better. No kids under 15 and he doesn't like other dogs.
