Meet Trucker! He is a poodle who was rescued from a breeder. When he first came to us he was in rough shape and so scared

He got vetted and in a foster home and what a difference! He is a very sweet cuddle buddy. He has really come out of his shell. He initiates play with me and all of the dogs. He gets along very well with everyone. He’s laid back loves to curl up and take naps. House and crate trained! He is approximately 8 years old and 13 pounds.

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
