Meet Bart, a 1-year-old Border Collie who was once a bit frightened at the shelter but has now come out of his shell! He loves going for walks, wagging his tail with joy, and getting chest scratches. Bart is also a big fan of playing with toys and will be your perfect playtime buddy.

He’s ready to find a loving home where he can continue to shine and enjoy all the fun life has to offer!
