Gator is a courageous 5-month-old Dutch Shepherd mix who was originally found with a litter of 11 puppies in the Redlands area of Miami. Unfortunately, they contracted Parvo, and only four, including Gator, survived. After being rescued, he was fostered at Varela High School, where students trained and cherished him. He has now been transported to Darbster Doggy Rescue, where he continues to seek his forever home. With his playful spirit and loving nature, Gator is ready to bring joy to a new family!

More about this shelter
At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
