My name is Stretch Armstrong and I'm a male Dachshund and I'm 1 yr old and I weigh 10 lbs. I'm Brown in color. I'm neutered and I'm up to date on all my shots. DOB is 3-26-2023

I'm not housetrained but I'm working on it, but I'm crate trained. I'm good with other dogs, children and not sure on cats.

Surrendered with my two brothers, Oscar and Slinky by a backyard breeder and I was infested with fleas and worms, but I'm okay now. I'm gaining weight and doing well with my potty training. Now I'm ready to find my new forever home, will it be you?

All adopters are required to fill out an adoption application, agree to have a home check and agree to release your vet records to the rescue for a vet check. If approved, you will have a meet n greet with the dog. Adoption fees vary on each dog. All our rescues are fully vetted according to age and deemed healthy.

We are a small no-kill rescue. We want to save the lives of innocent dogs, that have been abandoned, abused, or forced out of their homes, and provide quality medical care and place them into forever homes, and give them a second chance at life. SSCDR will also provide awareness of animal abuse and promoting the importance of being a responsible pet owner, socialization, vaccinating, spay/neuter, training, and good nutrition.
