My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The name Nigel means "champion" and what a little champ this guy is! He had a rough start but has managed to overcome it all. At just 6-ish weeks old, he was found in the middle of the road by a delivery driver and brought to us, along with a huge gaping hole in his neck. After a couple of vet visits to clean and then close the wound, Nigel went to foster care for a bit, but is now back at the shelter working on making friends in the kitten room. He's still a little nervous, but he's super sweet, oh-so-adorable and loves scratches behind his ears. This pink-nosed cutie is about 14 weeks old now and is ready to find his place in the world! He would do great in a home with another kitten or friendly young cat who can show him the ropes and bring out his confidence.
