My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

😀😀😀Available for adoption 😀😀😀
Meet FURR Vana, a sweet and playful 1-2 year old LGD/Lab mix who is ready to find her forever home! This charming girl came to us as a stray, so we’re still getting to know her, but one thing’s for sure—she’s full of love and energy. FURR Vana adores playtime and will thrive in a home where she can get plenty of exercise, affection, and fun adventures.
If you're looking for a loyal, joyful companion, FURR Vana might just be the perfect fit! Call the shelter at (775) 623-6403 to schedule a time to meet her today!

More about this shelter

We have a small, rural, government-run Animal Control facility dedicated solely to dogs. This entails accepting both owner surrenders and stray animals found on the streets. Our team consists of four dedicated individuals: two full-time Animal Control Officers, one part-time Kennel Tech, and one part-time Animal Care Assistant. We have limited office staff, and our presence in the office may be intermittent. For the most reliable communication, please reach out by phone. While we do not have a voicemail system, calls will be forwarded to our dispatch center where you can leave a message. Additionally, all transactions are by appointment only.
