My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Keates, the charmingly sweet and active cat who’s perfect for those who appreciate a blend of cuddles and independence. Keates enjoys spending time with you, whether it’s curling up on your lap for a cozy moment or simply lounging nearby! Whether he’s peacefully napping in another room or playing with his toys around the house, Keates knows how to balance social interaction with his solo adventures. This sweet guy requires medication three times a day to manage seizures, but he takes his meds effortlessly!

Are you Keates' person? You may just be if you’re searching for a feline roommate who values personal space as much as shared moments.

More about this shelter

PAWS Chicago is the city's largest No Kill humane organization, focused on solutions to end the killing of homeless pets. PAWS Chicago is working to build a No Kill Chicago -- a city where pets are no longer destroyed just because they are homeless.
