Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pogo is a some kind of terrier mix and 100% cuteness! He is a sweet, goofy little fellow who was found as a stray and rescued by PAW. We estimate Pogo to be around 3-4 years old and he weighs 14 pounds. We know he is good with other small dogs (not sure about cats). The shelter tells us he is a total sweetheart.

We will be getting to know more about Pogo soon.

PAW places dogs in the VA/ MD/ DC area.

Additional adoption info

1. Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application.
2. Adoption applications are reviewed by an Adoption Review Committee within a couple of days.
3. A vet check is performed on all adoption applicants for current and past pets.
4. A home visit is conducted.
5. If the adoption is approved, a contract is signed, a donation made, and the pet goes home with the adopter.

Partnership for Animal Welfare (PAW) was founded in 1996 and is a all-volunteer, cat and dog rescue organization. Our mission is to place homeless dogs and cats in loving and stable homes. We focus on holding weekend adoption shows to allow prospective owners to meet with the animals and with our volunteers.
