Here's what the humans have to say about me:

To learn more about Hillbilly Bob or for an application to adopt please contact Carrie Bowman at 731-267-5535 or email cabowman67@yahoo.com

Meet Bob, who is a 2 yr old Tree Walker Hound looking for his forever home. Bob loves meeting new people and especially meeting new doggie friends at the dog park. Bob's favorite thing to do when he isn't snuggling is exploring in the yard and seeing what new smells he can sniff out. Bob is always up for an adventure, rather it's exploring, going for a walk or playing with his doggie friends. He has such a big personality from loving and affectionate to silly, goofy and playfulness which makes Bob a perfect fit for just about any family.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We first require an adoption application be completed. We ask for vet references in addition to personal (non family) references. We then put you in touch with the foster parents to discuss the dog you are inquiring about. We feel this gives us a better understanding if the dog is a fit for your home. A contract is required upon approval and adoption fees are paid through pay pal or directly to our vet and the transport company.

Go meet their pets

we are a foster based group so no shelter is available for meeting. We are happy to provide references .

More about this rescue

We are a foster based rescue. Our dogs-puppies come from various sources- individuals who must surrender their animals, unwanted litters, abandoned dogs, some from abused situations and we pull many from high kill shelters in West Tennessee. We started as a group of girls who wanted to make a difference. Today we have added a few guys and still our goal is the same. We also use part of the adoption fees to ensure all mothers we receive pups from are altered and offer when we can help to those who cannot afford to have their pet altered.
