Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Did you know that a Twix bar has 28 grams of sugar? Well, our senior sweetie is pretty much made of sugar, so that’s way more than the treat that she’s named after!! And speaking of treats, that’s exactly what it is to spend time with this gal- a treat! Twix has a big smile, a super waggy little nubbin tail, and a snuggle for everyone!! Here’s what one volunteer said:

“I adore Twix! I often take she and her kennelmate to a play yard together and she is such a doll. She’s calm, sweet, and just wants to be nearby. She’ll jump up and quietly sit on the bench next to me, leaning on me lightly and enjoying pets. Twix loves attention, enjoys belly rubs, and is just the sweetest thing. Someone will be so lucky to scoop this girl up!”

Twix shares her kennel politely and has been playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Twix today!!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Mon - Tues: 12-7pm Wed - 1:30-7pm Thurs - Fri: 12-7pm Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm Must be checked in 45 minutes before close

2.
Meet the Pet

Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.

3.
Take the Pet Home

Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Additional adoption info

Year-Round Adoption Fees:
• Puppies and kittens less than 4 months old $50
• Adult dogs and cats $30
• A standard $20 dog license fee may apply
• Pets who have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a family and pets over 5 years old $0 - Fee Waived!

Every adoption includes:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• First Vaccinations
• Microchip
• Vet visit certificate
• Pet insurance
