Steve is a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix with a heart full of love! This sweet boy may be a little shy at first, but once he learns to trust, he’ll show you his affectionate and loyal side. Steve gets along well with other dogs and adores his toys—he’ll even pick them all up from the box and play with each one! He also loves to lounge in the yard, soaking up the sunshine.

At Stacy Hope Rescue, our mission is to provide shelter and support to the homeless dogs and a loving family for the euthanasia listed in high kill shelters. We believe that every pet, no matter the age or breed deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.

Prior to placement, all our rescued dogs are spayed or neutered, receive their vaccinations and microchipped. If they have any health issues, we make sure to get them the appropriate care with our clinic partners VCA Animal Hospital.

Our dogs are adoptable in any state to the right home.
