The Van Gogh pups are adorable! They were dumped at an already overcrowded shelter in rural Louisiana. Raphael is a brave and bold pup with a calm, easygoing nature. Though he’s may be deaf, it doesn’t hold him back one bit—Raphael is as fearless as he is laid-back.

The adoption process typically takes ~1 week. You will not take a dog home on the same day you meet him/her.

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application to be filled out, an interview with one of our volunteers (this can be done at the adoption event), a home visit is required prior to the animal going to their new home.
