My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Harley Girl and I once upon a time had an idyllic life as you can see in these pictures.   I am a 6 year old girl that weighs 88 pounds and will die for her family if needing to protect them.  I adore people, other dogs and I love to have a good time.  I must find a new home soon because my daddy died and now my human mom cannot afford the land, the house and to care for all three of us beautiful German Shepherd girls.  She raised us all from puppies.  She is so sad but overwhelmed with all the new responsibilities she has to take on by herself now. She is also working two jobs just to pay the bills in our food. She has to sell the house in the land very soon and move. I do not have to go to a home with my other sisters, but I do need a home soon.  Life is tough, but we are tougher and are well trained girls and will make great family pets.  Yes, we are not puppies but we are housebroken, crate trained and NO TROUBLE ever.  I love care rides, running in a fenced yard to have fun and I will obey all your commands.  But most importantly she will give you her heart if you give her a chance.  Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you would like to adopt me.  I promise you will always be proud and happy you did

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?
