Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
7-year-old Koda is a sweet and loving lab mix who is wonderful with kids and other dogs. He is perfectly mid-sized at 52 lbs. Koda was adopted by his family as an 8-week-old puppy, and they love him dearly. A medical issue has led them to make the difficult decision to rehome Koda. His mom explains:
"Unfortunately, I have asthma and have developed a pretty bad dog allergy over the last year. I've tried managing the situation by having Koda stay with a friend 50% of the time, but every time he's come back, I have trouble again. I've gone back on prescription asthma medication after not having needed medication for years but it's not solving the problem.
I find myself hiding from my pup instead of snuggling with him, which makes me very sad...for me and for him. This was a really difficult decision, but he deserves better. Please consider helping me find Koda a loving home."
Koda is a very well-trained pup who...
* Walks nicely on leash
* Is perfectly behaved when home alone
* Loves people and welcomes visitors politely
* Is gentle with children
* Loves playing with other dogs and is a good boy at dog parks
* Knows sit, shake, and lay down (check out the video!)
* Is house-trained.
Koda had a full veterinary exam on September 5, 2024. He is in excellent health and current on vaccinations.
Koda is the total package! At 7 years old, he is mature and well-behaved, but playful and fun, with lots of love to give to his new family over the years to come.
