Hi humans! My name is Enzo and I am a sweet and playful young guy with the cutest puppy eyes! I am around 1-2 years old, weigh about 10 pounds, and am a scruffy mixed breed. I am a spunky little guy that loves belly rubs. I have been through a lot in my short life and am still building my confidence. I have gotten along with dogs of all sizes in my foster home, and would love to have a playful dog companion. Cats are unknown, but I should be okay with a proper introduction. I am quiet in my crate and still perfecting my house training and learning what fun and exciting things in my home that I can chew on. I love to play and give kisses and should do fine with kids that are dog savvy. I have a scruffy coat and have the cutest eyelashes to win you over with. I cannot wait to meet you and see if you can be my forever home!

Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. Since we make a lifetime commitment to any animal that comes into our program, we only adopt out animals to people in our area..

If you are interested in adopting a CAWS cat or dog, please fill out the online application at http://www.caws.org/application/, email adopt@caws.org or call 328-4731. For the most timely response applying online is recommended.

We respond as quickly as possible but as we are a volunteer based organization and do not have full time staff, we respond as quickly as possible.

The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month

We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
