Noah is a charming four-year-old, 8-pound Chihuahua mix with a personality that’s as unique as he is. This little guy is a big fan of toys and treats, but his true passion is homemade meals – he knows good food when he tastes it! While Noah doesn’t take up much space, he’s protective of his own and needs time to warm up to new people. A calm, quiet home would suit him best, as he’s not a fan of loud, bustling environments. Once Noah feels comfortable, he’ll come to you for pets and affection, showing his trust with a gently wagging tail. He’s eager to be someone’s special companion and will make a loyal fur buddy.
Noah’s adoption fee of $225 covers spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. If you’re looking for a sweet and gentle companion, Noah might be the perfect fit for you. Home Fur Good has trained adoption counselors to review and question any potential problems/issues with application. We do require an adoption fee which ranges for dogs $150-$300 and for cats $50-$100. All cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked.
If another dog or dogs are present in the household we require a meet and greet prior to adoption. All members of the household must be on board with adoption. We do not adopt our rescues out without meeting person that will be responsible - no "gift" adoptions. We contract that if cat/dog must be relinquished they are returned to us. If there is a change of ownership we must be kept informed who responsible party is. Fees are non refundable.

We do adoptions from shelter every Thursday 11:00am to 4:00 pm and we are at Petsmart Tatum and Shea every other Sunday from 11-3pm. Please check our website for more specifics.

More about this rescue

Home Fur Good is a non profit no kill animal shelter located in the NE Valley. We take a majority of our cats and dogs from County, many who have treatable medical conditions and would otherwise be put down. We assess physical and behavior and work with the cats/dogs to find the best suitable match. It is our goal that each cat or dog that comes to our shelter ultimately be placed in their "furever" homes.

We also operate a low cost vaccine and microchip clinic each Sunday. We want to help community be able to care for and keep their animals safe. We do not charge vet fee only fee for vaccine and microchip. Additionally we have a low cost dental clinic each Wednesday. Check our website for more details.
