Despite having an owner, this independent pup spending his entire life on the streets and suffered a painful injury from a hit-and-run accident. Now in the caring hands of Peace4Paws, Snowball is set to receive the corrective surgery he needs for his leg, along with all the nutrition his body has been missing. Despite his tough past, he’s a joyful, playful companion who keeps up with his canine friends and radiates affection to everyone he meets.
