Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This is Echo. He is a very sweet and loving boy. His original owner decided they no longer wanted him, and abandoned him. They are in the military and they adopted Echo 10 years ago. This poor boy has gone from Florida to Georgia, to Utah, to California, to Hawaii, and now Illinois. I did not have it in my heart to take him to a shelter after all he has lived through, so I have done my best to provide him a loving home. Unfortunately, I travel often and also have a 2 year dog who likes to nag at him. This environment only adds stress to his life. This boy is nothing but deserving of a loving, permanent home.
Pros:
Very mellow and sweet
Low maintenance
Allows me to clip his nails and give him baths
Doesn't scratch furniture
Lives with dogs
Litter trained
Overall good health
Cons:
On a medicated diet
