My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Who doesn`t love a good Latte???

Hi there, it`s me Latte, the cutest, 3 month old Shepard mix you could imagine. I am a very playful little man, and I have the best smile!!!! All you have to do is ask me for a smile and I am happy to show it off. As long as I am not distracted by my siblings playing. I will have to play first, you know a puppy brain. I love to chase toys, I am learning how fun they are!!!

I am fixed now, up to date on my vaccines, and I have a microchip now so I am all set to go home with you. If you think I would be the best Latte in your house, you can call the wonderful folks here at the Humane Society of Sedona to set up a time to come in and meet me!!! They are open 7 days a week, excluding major holidays, from 10-4. Their number is (928)-282-4679. I can`t wait to met you and find my family!!!!

More about this shelter

Our Vision - Be Our Heart & Voice
Building a caring community where every adoptable and treatable pet finds a life-long loving home.

Our Mission
The Humane Society of Sedona is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of pets in our community and beyond. The Society has served the Verde Valley since 1966.

The Linda and Allan Brecher Center for Animals at the society is designed to allow every person, who desires the love of a pet, to adopt and provide a forever loving home. The Center provides quality care and positive reinforcement behavior training for adoptable pets. Passionate volunteers help walk and socialize the pets in our care. Foster pet parents are an important part of caring for pets outside the Center.

The Society provides vital services for pets and people alike through income-based affordable spay/neuter surgeries and vaccination clinics. Also, for families in need to feed their pets, we have a Pet Food Program.

Another public resource is our adult and youth educational programs.

The Society relies on community support, contributions, grants, bequests, investments, proceeds from the Society’s thrift stores and some fees for service in order to save pets’ lives.
