My name is Mandala!

I am trying to find help for a senior dog whose owner broke her back and will need assisted living. The dog is alone at a trailer and comes in and out with a neighbor putting a bit of food and water but that's all. I have spoken to the lady who is at the hospital and she will need assistance for the rest of her life. She was indigent, lived in the trailer without water or electric and now the trailer which is on someone else's land will probably be demolished. The dog's name is Mandalas, he's really sweet and gets along with the neighborhood cats, he is roaming the street and lays on it with the risk of being hit but he's waiting for her or someone to give him attention. I went to the humane society but they said they wouldn't guarantee he would not be put to sleep. If you know or have any resource that may help him please contact me for more information.
