My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dexter is a senior Chihuahua, about 10 years old, who is also a tripod, and he is wondering if anyone would adopt a dog like him. He is dog friendly, sweet, loving and just wants a lap to lay on and a place to call home. He is self-sufficient even though he is a tripod. He is a loving boy that yearns for affection from his people. He was found roaming a field and his nub had open sores and wounds. He is all healed up now. Who knows how long he was out there trying to defend himself.

We take every step possible to ensure the dog is going to his furever home and if there are any problems all dogs come back to us no matter the length of time with adopter.

If you see a dog you like please fill out an application and we will call you to discuss the dog further. If we both agree to move forward we can do a meet and greet. Meet and greets are held at an agreed upon time and location. We are our local Pet Smart in Visalia every other Sunday holding adoption events.

We are a dog rescue that rescues dogs that are strays, or owner surrenders or shelter saves because we believe in giving them a doggone chance. We are a small but mighty organization and my husband and I operate most of the organization. We work full time in Real Estate and Rescue is our passion so we tagged it Real Estate and Rescue!
