Simone is at least 10 years old. She has a small bladder, which has not really been a problem until recently. Earlier this year, she received a diagnosis of diabetes. One vet said she ought to get twice daily insulin injections, while another vet advised that she did not necessarily have to get them. Being on a fixed income and her care provider (my mother) not well, Simone has not received any injections to date. She was overweight at 11 pounds, and was placed on a more strict "diet". She has lost some weight, but her current weight is unknown. Simone is not a very active cat, she rarely shows any interest in playing with toys. She is very loving and friendly with humans, but she was re-homed with me in Dec 2018 because her previous family had other cats & dogs that Simone could not get along with. So a one- or two-person only one pet home would be best for Simone.
