Meet McCormick! Often called “Mickey Mouse” at his foster home, this adorable, joyful pup was born around June 1, 2024. He is on track to be a full-sized boy when he grows up and will likely weigh 90-100 pounds.
Mickey is a wonderful puppy, full of inquisitive energy. He is funny, because he wants to explore and do everything! He is constant action. He drags his toy box everywhere and chews on it. You can't take your shoes off or he steals them.
Little Mouse loves playing with the large adult dogs in his foster home and they all get along well. He loves doing zoomies with them outside and playing king of the mountain on the couch inside. He quickly learned the pecking order and is good at learning lessons the experienced dogs are teaching him.
He is smart and learns fast. He is potty trained and crate trained. He mostly sleeps through the night. He knows “sit.” He quickly conquered his puzzle box. He knows how to use the doggy stairs to get on the people bed.
He loves “real” food such as blueberries, apples, bananas, chicken, steak, and boiled eggs!
He barks when he loses his toy under the table and he wants you to get it. He barks at Mr. Squirrel, the Amazon driver, FedEx, UPS.
He might not do well with cats or small pets in the home because he has displayed a high prey drive.
