Hello World. My name is Ruby, and I am truly the most spectacular girl you have ever seen and met. My life started when a good Samaritan rescued me. They said, "Ruby is the sweetest girl with lots of potential. She is presently living with seven other dogs and 25 other critters." When Ruby was found, she was painfully thin, weighing only 55 lbs—all skin and bones with ears full of ticks. That was then.
Today, Ruby is being fostered on a farm with a half-blind chicken, her BFF. The family fostering her has family and friends over all the time. At times, there can be over 25 people with their furry family members. Most of the time, they are people she doesn't know. What a social butterfly—she loves everyone.
Her foster dad takes her for a nice, long walk two times daily, at least a mile. She plays ball and even rides on the side-by-side.
Ruby's ideal home would be a family that wants to keep her forever active (hiking, playing, camping, going to the beach, etc.), loves to snuggle, and takes her everywhere. Nothing makes her happy other than being with her people.
