Madeline | Black German Shepherd | 7-Years-Old | Spayed Female | Approx. 66 lbs.

Madeline is a beautiful black senior German Shepherd mix with a silky wavy coat and tail and one floppy ear that will make your heart melt.

Madeline must have spent her early years with a family as she was microchipped, but sadly was never reclaimed from the Central Valley shelter, unfortunately a common occurrence in the area through no fault of the dogs. Madeline seems to be indifferent to other dogs around her and does well in calm playgroups. She was a staff favorite at the Central Valley shelter which is how she found a place at Lily’s! We see why, as she is a sweet-tempered love bug. She has good manners, walks easily on leash and seeks out affection from humans around her.

Madeline went on a field trip with a volunteer who reported back she loved riding in the car, enjoyed walking in a nearby creek and loved her puppuccinos! She wasn’t interested in children playing in the park but behaved beautifully when a little girl approached to pet her. Madeline is ready to start a new chapter with a loving family who can provide her the final loving home she deserves in her golden years!
