My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BIO: My name is Opal. I'm a true gem. I was a runt in a litter of kittens, but boy have I made up for lost time. I'm an extremely active kitten and would do best with a kitty companion. I'm a crurious creature and like to follow you around. I may dash through a door to see where you are going, boy am I fast! For that reason, I would do best in a home with no little children. I am an exceptional little lady and you won't regret taking me into your heart and home!

RESCUED: My foster Mom rescued us from under a storage building up on blocks at a restaurant with a drive through. It was a very dangerous place for us. There were 12 totall. One of us got ran over. She got the rest of us safetly into her home. It was a rough start in life. Thank goodness for people like her.

FAVORITE ITEMS: Cardboard boxes, all toys and romping on the sofa
ADDITIONAL INFO: Door dasher; older kids only; best with companion
FOOD: Purina One Healthy Kitten
GOOD WITH: People, cats and calm dogs

More about this rescue

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.

Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
