Once upon a time in a Retirement Community, a feral cat decided to add a little chaos to the courtyard by having a litter of kittens. Unfortunately, the mom cat and two of her kittens disappeared leaving one tiny orange boy, Marmalade, all alone.
For two weeks, little Marmalade's heart-wrenching cries echoed from a thicket of rose and holly bushes. A team of sweet old ladies, armed with cat food and more love than a heart can hold, embarked on a rescue mission worthy of a blockbuster film. They set out tempting morsels as if it were an all-you-can-eat buffet, hoping to coax Marmalade out of his prickly hideout. Each day brought only fleeting glimpses of his fuzzy head and the most pitiful of kitten cries-let's just say, it was enough to tug at even the hardest of hearts!
Finally, after two weeks of waiting and feeding, the moment of glory arrived! Marmalade emerged from his bushy fortress. The instant he was touched, it became abundantly clear that this snuggly superstar was meant for greatness. He purred louder than a vintage motorcycle and instantly melted into everyone's arms, proving that he was the ultimate cuddle machine.
