My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are interested in meeting Thread, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.php

Meet Thread, a gentleman if there ever was one. Boy, does he have a story to tell! He was located in an abandoned homeless camp along with his family of four, also absolute sweethearts, when they wandered in to their foster mom's work parking lot. A kind person had them fixed (hence the ear tips) and released them back to the homeless camp to be taken care of. Circumstances changed and the people moved on, leaving this sweet boy and his offspring behind. These are the kindest and sweetest kitties ever who have been with their foster mom and it's clear they were in a home at some point. Thread is not a fan of being picked up yet but just given time will love it. Can't get enough of his humans and loves to roll over and expose his widdle belly for scratches and rubs. Thread has a little soul patch and a huge, kind soul to match. He just needs his own family . . . and no one is more deserving of a forever home. Purry and loving, you can't find a nicer boy. And check out his black nose! Come hang by a Thread and meet him! (Thread's estimated date of birth is 7/6/22.)

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Additional adoption info

Please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.php

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
