My name is Bowie!

Bowie is extremely social and very friendly. He loves constant attention and exercise. I used to run with him daily, take him to the dog park, and do an evening walk and he still had loads of energy. He needs a big family with lots of love and attention to give.

He is so well behaved. He needs a family that will spend some time continuing his training. He is a barker (mostly because he wants to play), and he darts out of open doors and roams the neighborhood. I have not had success in my attempts to train him on recall/ not darting out of open doors. He always comes home when he is ready, but it is very difficult to recall him if you are ‘his person’.

He does not love baths and grooming, but he’s so calm and well behaved while you do it.

Loves his toys and tug-o-war. Also, loves to eat socks and undies. Guilty pleasure is getting into any open garbage. He has never been the type to chew things up, thankfully. He loves sleeping on the bed.
