Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tsuki is an adorable brown tabby domestic shorthair kitten with an estimated birthdate of 07/20/2024.

Tsuki was found walking alone in North Spokane. A kind person found her, contacted the Mission, and we were able to accept her in. Ever since, she’s been the perfect kitten! She has a fun personality, and loves to play with her kitten friend Mubi (available through MM). She loves toys, and finding a shoulder to sleep on! She has perfect litter box manners, and is a cat lover’s dream. Playful, sweet, and beautiful!

Tsuki comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $100 and includes a sample of the food she's been eating, and her medical records. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.

Adopters in the Spokane area can expect to meet the pet during the homecheck. Others will arrange a meet and greet.

Once your application has been received, we will evaluate it as a potential match for the given animal and, if your application is selected, we will proceed to call your references and then conclude with a home check and meet and greet scheduled by you at your home. For applicants out of area, the home check may be conducted via video call before the meet and greet.

More about this rescue

From the day we could talk we told our pets more than we ever told our parents. We took the long route to see the kitty in the window down the street. We stopped even when we were late to pet the dog. We grew up and we saw what the world does to those who can't defend themselves. We are here to change that.

Ethical rescue, including fully vetting every animal and carefully placing them all into homes matched to their physical and mental needs is what we do.

Respecting all life, both animal and human, while retaining an underlying goal of keeping animals in their homes. and fostering a sense of community between local shelters and rescues is how we do it.
