My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Alyn, an affectionate and outgoing kitty who’s ready for his forever home! He and his siblings were found abandoned at an empty house, but a kind animal lover took them in and gave them a second chance at life. Despite his rough start, Alyn has grown into a playful, loving, and social cat who adores human company. He loves to be around people, offering affection and enjoying every bit of attention.

Alyn’s vibrant personality makes him a perfect match for any animal lover. He thrives on interaction and would do well in a home where he can receive plenty of love and companionship. Whether you’re a seasoned cat parent or welcoming your first feline friend, Alyn’s adaptable and easygoing nature will make him a wonderful addition to your family.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitty who will fill your home with love and joy, Alyn is the one for you!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our 9LCR cats are not routinely tested for FIV and FeLV for various reasons, one being to keep the costs and hence the adoption fee affordable. This decision is based on studies that have found that only about 4% of cats are actually infected. The funds for testing are better utilized for our spay and neuter efforts of owned and community cats in order to save the most cats. However, testing can be performed upon request and need to be covered by the person interested in adopting.
9 Lives Cats have been spayed or neutered and have updated vaccinations. 9 Lives is run entirely on volunteers. Please give us 2-7 days to process your application. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us! Please fill out our application form found here: t.ly/38VV
Adoption fee is $70.00.

More about this rescue

We started 9 Lives Cat Rescue to find homes for cats that are homeless or need to be relocated.
We are a no-kill, non-profit group. Our cats live in foster homes until they are adopted. We spay & neuter every cat before they are adopted.
We fully support our local no-kill feral cat group who practices TNR (Trap, Neuter & Return).
