Hi there, I'm Rumble! I'm just a little guy, but boy do I have a lot of energy. I love to play and run around, and I'm always up for a good game of fetch. I'm a bit goofy too - I sometimes trip over my own paws, but that just makes everyone laugh. I'm really friendly, and I love meeting new people. I'm also a quick learner, so I can't wait to learn new tricks and commands. I might be a little rambunctious, but I promise to bring lots of joy and laughter to your home. More about this shelter

The Stone County SPCA was organized in 2009 and opened a shelter in 2012 in Wiggins, MS. We have always been a no kill shelter. Our biggest challenge is the high demand to place dogs and cats in our shelter. Currently, we take in approximately 1200 animals annually. We do not euthanize animals for lack of space. We have a live release rate of 95%. We do this by keeping adoption fees low and transporting a large percentage of our animals (65% of our dogs and puppies).
