My name is Grey!

Her name is Grey & she knows her name. This was my first pet cat and I was stunned at her intelligence level. I love animals but I didn’t realize that some animals need more work then others depending on what they’ve been through. I got grey when she was already 2 years old & she is now turning 8. Grey is a sweet and smart cuddly cat but she does have her mishaps. She used to come at my feet when I walk too fast but she has stopped that now. She is a very reactive and anxious cat, I have no idea what her first 2 years alive was like but I know it was not easy. Me just loving & caring for her is not enough to completely erase the trauma she’s been through and it shows. I feel like her quality of life with me is diminishing and I feel horrible. I recently got a new kitten in August 2024 and I know that she will never accept her. I’m exhausted and running out of options & I really need someone that’s willing to due the work with her cause she is sweet & loving with issues though lol
