My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carlos, the charming tabby rescued by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan! This little guy is a total lovebug with a flair for fun and flopping. Carlos adores being held and carried around, soaking up all the attention, but when he’s had his fill, he’ll politely wander off. He’s great with other pets, getting along fabulously with his foster siblings—both feline and canine—and especially loves a good zoomie session, racing up and down the hall, or playing hide-and-seek in the tunnel toy.

Carlos is all about affection! He loves flopping next to you and will start purring before you even reach out to pet him. This sweet boy practically begs for attention and loves his rubs. If you’re looking for a playful companion who will charm you with his antics and shower you with affection, Carlos is your guy! His estimated birthday is 5/21/24.

If you want to meet him, please submit our online adoption application (https://www.fofct.org/adoption-application). Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs unless the adopter already has an energy and age-appropriate companion at home, and all adopters must live within 45 miles of Stamford. CT.

Go meet their pets

We don't have a shelter, but some Friends of Felines' cats and kittens are having sleepovers at Just Cat's in Stamford or in foster homes. Friends of Felines is also proud to announce a new level of partnership with Just Cats Veterinary Hospital, which has been providing veterinary care in our area since 1991. Their brand new facility at 1029 East Main Street in Stamford has an adoption area inside the Just Cats Store on the first level. Come in and visit some of the Friends of Felines cats and kittens that are waiting for adoption. The Just Cats store and adoption area are open from 8 am Monday through Saturday. Following your visit, should any cat or kitten pique your interest, you can fill out an application (available on-line at www.fofct.org).
