The word Myshka means "gift of love" and it fits this gorgeous kitten perfectly! Not only is Myshka a stunning beauty but she is such a love and is happiest snuggled, purring on your lap! Myshka and her siblings were found without a mom and taken to Animal Control when they were only a week old. Luckily, a One Love Rescue volunteer was at Animal Control picking up another kitten and when she saw Myshka and her siblings, she just couldn't leave them behind! Since that day, they have been bottle-fed, loved and spoiled. Myshka would either need to be adopted with one of her siblings or find a home with a playful resident cat looking for a friend. These kittens have been raised with large, crazy dogs and adult cats in their foster home. They like to be underfoot and in the middle of the action. They have excellent litterbox manners, use their scratching post and adapt well to new situations. The mission of One Love Animal Rescue, Inc. is to help abandoned, neglected, abused and unwanted pets by partnering with shelters, rescue groups and the community to facilitate adoption of these animals into permanent and loving homes.
Our goal is to save one life at a time by promoting local animal shelter adoptions and raising awareness in our community about responsible pet ownership. We strive to highlight the importance of spaying or neutering pets which will aid in the reduction of overpopulation. We believe that appropriate and positive reinforcement training and socialization of these shelter animals will lead to well-adjusted family pets, thereby decreasing the number of abandoned animals in shelters. Our dream is that one day all the shelters will be empty because every pet will have a home.
