Moon is a strong willed boy that is a pup at heart. He is a strong walker but listens to commands when its given. He likes food a lot and tennis balls. He is waiting for his new family to find him and see the amazing boy that we do. He is vaccinated and eager to become someone's best friend!

The Shelby County Animal Shelter is a County office designed to serve the residents of Shelby County. They answer calls for stray dogs, complaints of dogs running at large, animal kills by dogs and coyotes, pick up stray dogs, answer humane complaints and reports of loose dogs.

The SCAS is open to people looking for a pet, looking for a missing pet, and those who just want to look at the animals. They accept dogs and cats from owners as well as strays, however a fee may be involved. They offer dogs, puppies, cats and kittens for adoption.
