Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Marmalade
Meet Marmalade: A Sweet and Resilient Tabby Looking for a Loving Home
Marmalade is a beautiful 8-year-old orange and white tabby with a gentle spirit and a loving heart. Once someone’s cherished pet, she ended up on the harsh streets but was thankfully rescued along with her two older kittens, who have since found their forever homes. Now, it’s Marmalade’s turn to find a loving family who will give her the life she deserves.
Marmalade is a little shy and will need time to adjust to her new surroundings. She would do best in a quiet home without young children. We’re not sure how she feels about dogs, but she’s very comfortable with gentle, patient humans. Marmalade loves to be petted, especially around her ears and chin, and she enjoys snuggling up in cozy spots where she can feel safe.
Marmalade has some special needs due to issues with her tear ducts. Her left eye, in particular, has some drainage that needs to be wiped away regularly. A procedure was attempted to open the duct but was not successful. While this doesn’t cause her pain or infection, her new family will need to help her with this daily care.
Despite these challenges, Marmalade is a resilient and loving kitty who just wants a safe place to call home. She’s a big fan of wet food and Churu treats, and she’d love a peaceful spot where she can relax and feel secure. Could you be the one to give this sweet girl the home she’s been waiting for?
Does Marmalade sound like she’s the perfect companion for your quiet, loving household? She’s ready to leave her past behind and share her gentle heart with a family who will adore her!
