Hey there, awesome humans! I'm MAYA, your future favorite 28-pound bundle of joy at just 10 months old! I'm on a mission to spread happiness and, of course, to find my forever family. I absolutely love interacting with other dogs-playdates are my jam! And when I'm out and about, I can't help but show off my cute squiggly butt whenever someone pets me. Seriously, it's like my happy dance! I'm basically a walking bundle of joy, ready to brighten your day. Sniffing is my specialty. I'm basically a professional sniffer, investigating every nook and cranny of the great outdoors. And when I see people, oh boy! My excitement levels go through the roof. I greet everyone like they're my long-lost best friends, and I'm more than happy to let them shower me with pets! I know how to "sit" and take treats gently (no snack snatching here, folks!). Plus, I'm a certified hug-giver. If you're having a rough day, just call me over, and I'll wrap my little paws around you for an instant mood boost! LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.
