Pepper has been in rescue for a year. We pulled him out of Chicago Animal Care and Control the day before he was to be euthanized. His foster has been working with him quite extensively with behavior training. Pepper is only 2 1/2 now, but needs that one person he can depend on to be his alpha, to make sure that the behavior training continues and is followed through on.
Because of this we will not adopt Pepper to anyone with kids. He needs that one person who can be hi s constant. Other dogs are good, he loves to play! He is very very smart! He just really longs to have someone love him and keep him in line.
We don't know about his background except he was found a stray, alone, thin and not treated well. We will only adopt to those right around the Twin Cities so that his new person can continue with behavior training.
Pepper is UTD on all his vetting.
His adoption fee is $350
