Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NOTE: Please email jpegs60@gmail.com if interested.
We don’t know what breed Joni is. What we do know is she’s an absolute jewel. Joni loves everyone she meets and loves attention. She loves playing with the other foster dogs in her home. She is great on a leash and an excellent rider. She is pretty energetic but after a good tussle with another dog or a walk, she is ready to settle in for some cuddle time. She is estimated at two years old and weighs approximately 40 pounds. She’s a perfect size! She doesn’t live with cats but showed no interest in a friend’s cats when she visited for two hours. She might need a home without toddlers because she might knock them down in her excitement. She is protective of her food around other dogs so will need to be fed in a crate or separate room if her new home has another dog. If you’re looking for a happy and loving companion, Joni could be the one for you. She is fully vetted and ready to travel. Her adoption fee is $375 which includes the transportation fee.

KEG Rescue is a small rescue . We work with several rescue group from New England to help adopt our pups/dogs and move them into GREAT homes. New England states have worked hard to pass great laws concerning spay/neuter. By passing these laws they there aren't as many "unwanted litters" in the New England States. There are several transport companies that bring southern rescue pups north to their new homes. KEG Rescue utilizesRed Fern Ranch Transport. Be sure to check them out on Facebook. They are sure to keep adopters updated as the transport is traveling.
Our adoptions are directly thru our website (although we do hope to expand to foster homes in New England if possible). it’s not possible to arrange a meeting of the pup before adoption. This type of adoption doesn't work for everyone and we would be happy to put you in touch with some of our sister groups who have pups on site. The adoption fee covers all of the vet work that has been performed prior to adoption. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated as age appropriate. If you are still interested in adopting from us, please email for an application. We have several adoption coordinators that process the applications and will contact you.

More about this rescue
KEG Rescue was started in 2009 and became a Chartered Non Profit on May 28, 2010. It started as a few people wanting to help the many unwanted puppies and dogs in our area. We are one of many rescues in this area as there are so many homeless pets. All our rescues have a common goal of educating the public about the importance of pet ownership and the benefits of spay/neuter
We do this by private adoptions from our site and also partner with other rescues in New England. We believe that these "throw aways" and "mistakes" deserve a forever home of their own.
WE receive our pups/dogs in many ways- we pull from several kill shelters, dogs that are abandoned, and from people who call who need to surrender their own dogs or whose dogs have had puppies. We also focus on not only the many puppies that are down south we also focus on adults that sometimes are harder to place because of their age/size. It is very easy to fall in love with the puppy face but there are even more adult dogs that are abandoned down south
