My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Whitney! I’m a 1-year-old pittie mix with a gorgeous brindle coat that everyone says is as beautiful as my personality. I was found running through a neighborhood with another dog, and luckily, the nice animal control officer picked us up to keep us safe.

I’m so sweet that I melt hearts everywhere I go! The staff thought for sure my family would come looking for me, but no one came. Now that my stray hold is up, I’m ready to find a new family who will love me forever.

I walk really well on a leash and seem to get along great with other dogs, so I wouldn’t mind a furry sibling or two. I just want a loving home where I can share my sweetness and snuggle up with my people. Could that be with you? Come meet me—I’ll be waiting with a wagging tail!Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/
