My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Addie Hunteman a happy little Boglen Terrier (Boston Terrier/Beagle) puppy in need of a forever home.  She is full of energy and was the first of the puppies to give kisses.  Boglens are known to be friendly and affectionate, playful and lively, curious, intelligent and trainable. With consistent routines, they are sure to make wonderful spirited canine companions. A dedication to postive reinforcement training and a physical fence is required to adopt puppies.  Currently fostered in Chattanooga, TN.  Contact Jan Hunteman for more info at jan1197523@aol.com

Additional adoption info

The adoption fee is generally based on the dog's age and provides for neutering or spaying, all required shots, heartworm testing (we endorse "the new moxie-doxy" treatment for heart worms).

It is our expectation & a requirement that heartworm preventative be continued as well as any required vet visits after the pet is adopted.

If for some reason a match isn't made the first time around and you are approved, we will keep your application on file for the next opportunity to arise. Our primary goal is to place a dog in the most suitable environment, based on the animal's individual needs and its temperament. The commitment is lifelong and the Boston's interests are always foremost.

More about this rescue

All breeds have their own particular needs and rescued pets often have special requirements as well, very often in want of medical care, often lacking nourishment and kindness, and often expensive to rehabilitate.

Because we have had Boston Terriers for many years, we are very familiar with their habits, peculiarities and their special needs.

We operate across the southeast under the auspices of the Boston Terrier Rescue Network. We share information and resources in all of the USA with affiliated Boston Rescues.
