Hi my name is Jackson. I'll be honest with you, I'm incredibly shy. Not that it's a bad thing it's just that people move around fast and it takes me by surprise. I love curling up in the sun, looking out the window and playing with other cats. I'm great at routines and as soon as my foster mom says breakfast or dinner I know exactly where to go and what to do. If you have patience and will give me a safe place to unwind with a kitty friend to play with, I'm sure you won't regret giving me a new home! If you are looking for two, I'm besties with Wednesday! We aren't related but we bonded in our foster home :) You can see us together in the videos and pics above!

Please see our website: www.catscradleva.org for a copy of our adoption application and adoption contract. Adoption fees vary, but generally run around $135.
All our cats are spayed or neutered before adoption, and fully vetted. We have an adoption center in Harrisonburg, but we also make extensive use of foster homes until adoption.
We generally prefer indoor only homes, and our contract specifies that the cat(s) will not be de-clawed.
We have some cats that cannot be adopted into an indoor situation. For these, we seek safe barn or out-building locations.

More about this rescue
Founded in 1998, Cat’s Cradle seeks to end euthanasia of healthy adoptable cats and dogs in Shenandoah Valley through aggressive spay/neuter of owned animals and TNR (trap/neuter/release) of feral cats.
We also have a network of foster parents and an active adoption program for cats. In 2009 we opened an adoption center in Harrisonburg. We do not euthanize for space.
Please visit our website at: www.catscradleva.org for more information.
