My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

While the moniker 'Nutmeg' may be ascribed to me, my intellectual capacity suggests a more apt nomenclature akin to that of Will Hunting. A product of the foster system for two years, I have developed a guarded nature, much like the titular character. Yet, beneath this exterior resides a profound capacity for loyalty and affection reserved for those who demonstrate genuine belief in my potential. A rigorous 21-day Board and Train regimen revealed an aptitude that astonished my instructor, positioning Mutts and Misfits as my intellectual equivalent to Professor Lambeau. I yearn for a companion, a kindred spirit that might fulfill the role of Chuckie. Ultimately, my heart yearns for a kindred spirit, a mentor who can guide me toward my full potential, reminiscent of the Sean Maguire archetype. A life characterized by intensity, whether in play, work, or love, is my modus operandi. www.muttsandmissfits.org to meet adorable rescue pups and support a great cause.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to support every Mutt & Misfit we can through the rescue to adoption process. This means taking the time to stop for the dogs who need us the most - the dogs who need additional medical care or help working through behavioral issues. This is a time consuming and expensive process, which is why these dogs often slip through the cracks and fall off the radar.
