My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BARC welcomes Silvy to rescue. This gorgeous Blue Pit was abandoned when the owners moved. Soon after she delivered ten puppies under the home. The new owners reached out to rescue for help. This girl was left in poor condition. She had to be vetted properly nourished and now treated for a mild case of heartworms and she will be ready for her forever home. She is being fostered in a home with six children, other dogs, cats and she has a goose as a pal. She is high energy and lives a good frolic. She is highly socialized and will soon be ready for her forever home. If you are interested in the sweet lump of love, please apply online at brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.com

More about this rescue

BARC is a non profit rescue serving Brantley County Georgia and the surrounding areas. Our purpose is to assist in the care and rehoming of homeless companion animals who have been abandoned or discarded. We also aim to educate the public on the importance of proper pet care and sterilization so that unwanted litters will not continue to contribute to the problem of homeless pets.
