Hi friends! I'm Rambo! And man, can I not catch a break! I was originally a stray that came in and was never reclaimed. I then was adopted out two different times and found myself back here through know fault of my own! This is really unfortunate because I am just such a sweet boy that just wants all the love I can get! I sometimes have a hard time showing it the correct way, so I do jump a bit when excited, but I think with some training and structure, I could become the perfect companion! I am also a pretty big puller on the leash with my size and strength, so I would need someone to adopt me that is able to handle a big boy like me! Most dogs I seem to get along with here, but I do have a tendency to get overexcited with some, so I may be too much for some calmer dogs. I could potentially share a home with another dog if it is the right fit. I do well with children, but I would be the best fit for children that are okay with my size, strength, and jumpiness. Could you be the one to give me the love and training I need to be the best dog I can be? I'd love to be your new bestie! Ask to see me at the shelter! Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 91 Age: 1yrs 8mths 4wks

HSSC places animals on a first come, first serve basis. After an animal that is available for adoption has been met with, the animal’s name can be put on an application. Animals that are applied for must be adopted the same day or within 24 hours of the animal being placed on the adoption application. Exceptions will be made if any animal needs a medical procedure, but then will need to be adopted within 24 hours of being cleared from that procedure. HSSC reserves the right to accommodate alternate timelines for special needs/behavioral issue animals.
It is the potential adopter's responsibility to communicate with their landlord to contact HSSC for approval or to provide documentation stating permission within 24 hours of application submission.
It is also the potential adopter's responsibility to produce a current rabies certificate for their current dog(s) to conduct a dog to dog meet and greet within 24 hours of application submission.
Please call shelter for adoption pricing.
