Hey! My name is Berry! I am a pretty Boston Terrier that was surrendered to the shelter with my three siblings because our owners did not have time for us anymore. I need a new home to rest my head now! I am incredibly friendly and will try to get as close to you as possible! I will more than likely be your constant shadow if you decide to take me home! Snuggles and love are my jam, so hopefully you feel the same! I am great with all people, including kids, and would make a fantastic family dog! I did live with my siblings, but we did not always get along, so if I were to share my home with another dog in the future, it would need to be a good match personality-wise. Could you be the one? Ask to meet me at the shelter!

HSSC places animals on a first come, first serve basis. After an animal that is available for adoption has been met with, the animal’s name can be put on an application. Animals that are applied for must be adopted the same day or within 24 hours of the animal being placed on the adoption application. Exceptions will be made if any animal needs a medical procedure, but then will need to be adopted within 24 hours of being cleared from that procedure. HSSC reserves the right to accommodate alternate timelines for special needs/behavioral issue animals.
It is the potential adopter's responsibility to communicate with their landlord to contact HSSC for approval or to provide documentation stating permission within 24 hours of application submission.
It is also the potential adopter's responsibility to produce a current rabies certificate for their current dog(s) to conduct a dog to dog meet and greet within 24 hours of application submission.
